Mr. Birch graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law, and as an undergraduate, attended both the University of Florida and Florida State University. Mr. Birch concentrates his practice in the areas of real property law, secured transactions, corporate law and formation, probate law, and commercial litigation, including construction liens, bond claims, title insurance and mortgage foreclosures. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Corporate and Business Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
